Daily Challenge for the Purpose of Expansion and Growth

I challenge everyone to experience one day within the practice of non-judgment.
Good/Bad....Right/Wrong...
Any time you notice yourself making a value judgment about something...whether you see it as "good," or see what someone else is doing as "bad" ...pause for a moment. Realize that value judgments are completely subjective. What you see as "wrong," someone else may see as "right."
Think of food. There are some foods you like, the ones you think of as "good." There are some foods you don't like, the ones you think of as "bad." Yet, you don't expect everyone to think all the same foods are good that you do. But why, then, do you expect everyone to believe the same things are right and wrong? Everyone's perspective is different; everyone's preferences are different.
Ultimately, where did we receive these value judgments? When we were little perhaps, the voices of our parents in our heads, telling us what is right and what is wrong. Or perhaps from society, our community, and environment. But we will never all 100% agree upon what is universally right and what is universally wrong. The beauty is in our diversity, and freedom to decide for ourselves.
Afterall, your perception of the reality around you is a reflection of yourself. When you judge things, people, circumstances outside of yourself, in reality, you are projecting what you see within yourself onto your outside circumstances. All judgments are judgments of the self. So practice a day within non-judgment, and you will be in turn embracing yourself, your own oneness, accepting yourself, exactly the way you are; because you are, perfect. Take a moment and witness the intelligence within every living being. The perfection of the symphony of life.
There truly is no such thing as right/wrong because they are part of the one. Without the bad, there wouldn't be the good; for, how would we know what good was if we didn't have something to compare it to?
